Cancellation
Cancellation of your booking is free up to 4 weeks before your day of arrival.
Naturally, we try our best to rent your room to another party. If we should be unable to do so, we are obliged, unfortunately, to charge 4 days (per person) for the unoccupied room.
In the case of early departures or late arrivals the entire period of your booking will be charged (no discounts will be made for services which have not been utilised). Thank you for your understanding. Services which have not been utilised will not be reimbursed.
