What time are rooms available on the day of arrival?

On the day of arrival, rooms are available from 2 p.m., unless otherwise agreed. Please let us know if you plan to arrive after 6 p.m.

What time must rooms be vacated on the day of departure?

On the day of departure, guests are kindly requested to vacate their rooms by 10 a.m.

Can I arrive on any day of the week?

If you purchase weekly packages, departure and arrival are only possible on Saturdays or Sundays.

What do I need to do to confirm my booking?
  • To be considered valid, the booking requires written confirmation.
  • To confirm the booking, a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the stay is required.
  • The deposit can be paid quickly and securely online via our website. Alternatively, you can make a bank transfer.

What forms of payment are accepted for settling the hotel bill?

We accept payments by cheque, debit card, credit card (Visa, Mastercard) and cash. In accordance with current regulations, the balance can only be paid in cash for amounts up to £4,999.99.

Are pets allowed?

We regret to inform you that pets are not allowed to stay at our hotel.

Are there discounts for children?

Discounts are available for children, but only if they are staying in their parents' room with two paying adults.

What do the prices refer to?

The prices quoted are per person per day, with half board. They also include all the services listed in the ‘Services included’ section.

Are there any supplements for short stays?

For stays of up to 5 nights, a 10% supplement is charged.

How much is the tourist tax?

The tourist tax is €3.00 per person per day for guests aged 14 and over; it is not included in the room price and must be paid on site.

Cancellation policy

What are the cancellation policies at Almhotel Lenz?

No penalty will be charged for cancellations received in writing within 31 days of the start date of the stay. The deposit paid will be retained but can be credited towards a future stay (within 1 year).
In the event of early departure or late arrival, the full amount of the booked stay will be charged. No refunds or deductions will be made for days and services not used.

In the event of later cancellation, the following percentages of the total amount of the booked stay will be charged as a penalty:

  • cancellation with notice between 30 and 15 days before the start date of the stay: penalty equal to 40% of the entire booked stay
  • cancellation with notice between 14 and 8 days from the start date of the stay: penalty equal to 60% of the entire booked stay
  • cancellation with less than 7 days' notice: penalty equal to 90% of the entire booked stay
