During your Lenz-half board holiday, you start your day with a hearty breakfast buffet:  a wide assortment of teas, coffee and fruit juices along with countless varieties of breads, pastries, cheeses and sausages leaves no wish unfulfilled. Alternatively start your day off in the prime of good health with muesli, fruit and yoghurt!

A real treat lies in store in the evenings when the Lenz-cuisine, a skilled art of combining age-old recipes with southern influences, spoils you for choice with its four course menu. A daily surprise comes in form of the Alpine-Mediterranean dishes, whereby value is laid on local and authentic ingredients.

A glass of good wine is the perfect companion to an outstanding meal! We will be happy to recommend a selected wine from our cellars as a perfect accompaniment to each day’s menu.

Buchteln, Apfelkiachl, Strauben sind leckere Nachspeisen und werden in Südtirol mit viele Liebe hergestellt.

Krapfen mit verschiedensten Füllungen, Weihnachtszelten und noch viel mehr. Gaumengenüssen, welche bei uns immer samstags gebacken wurde. Das Rezept wird von Generation zu Generation weitergegeben und fehlt auch heute noch kaum in einer Pustertaler Traditionsküche.
